The Stingray Traditional was the next model in the evolution of the series. Many drummers requested a cymbal that has the characteristics of the square cymbal but in a traditional round format. The bell was enhanced by lathing and hammering it and the cymbal maintains a similar wobble with a brighter stick while keeping the dark tonality the Stingray is known for.
